Renu A Bath has been around since 1989, resurfacing baths, basins, toilets and wall tiles around the Cape Peninsula. We only operate below the mountains (South of Du Toitskloof and West of Sir Lowrys) - this helps us to keep our prices affordable and makes it a lot easier to honour our guarantee.

Why should you consider resurfacing?

Resurfacing as an alternative to the replacement of sanitary ware and tiles is something that many people don’t consider because they don’t realise that it can be done and what the benefits are. It is obviously a lot cheaper, faster, and far less messy. Your bath can look brand new in less than 3 hours, and you can use it again the following day. A typical bathroom (bath, basin, toilet and tiles) can be resurfaced in a day, and can be used 24 hours later. Just imagine how long it will take to rip out and replace all of that, not to mention the mess.

We often redo whole bathrooms where customers are really fed-up with being tied in to colours that were in vogue when the house was built many years ago. We respray them in a neutral colour, which makes it easier to change the look of the bathroom by, for instance, replacing the towels. It is also possible to do sanitary ware in one colour and tiles in a different colour to break the monotony of a single colour. We also do kitchen tiles.
